Cancelation Policy:

Once the booking is confirmed, there will be a USD$20.00 charge for each change. Unused portions of accommodations, meals, activities, tours are non-refundable. Any cancellation of reservations or portions of reservations MUST be received in writing. 60+ days prior = 80% refund | 31-59 days prior = 50% refund less US$100 processing fee | 0-30 days prior = NO refund No Show = NO Refund.  Clients’ “trip cancellation insurance” is HIGHLY recommended to cover possible cancellations. UpClose Belize cannot be held responsible or liable for trip cancellations or altered itineraries due to reasons out of our control. Whenever possible another available tour will be substituted for tour cancellations.
